Being in a USA airport, it would be nice if our TSA employees spoke english that could be understood without having such a poor attitude. Most seem hate their job.

THE LAST TIME I FLEW SOUTHWEST A FEW YEARS AGO, IT WAS NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. I WASN'T LOOKING FORWARD TO FLYING SOUTHWEST AGAIN , BUT SINCE THIS WAS A SHORT FLIGHT AND THE BAGGAGE CHECKED IN WAS FREE, I DECIDED TO GIVE SOUTHWEST ANOTHER TRY. I'M GLAD I DID. SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT BOTH AT THE CHECK-IN AND IN FLIGHT. IN FACT OUR WINE WAS FREE ON OUR RETURN FLIGHT, SINCE IT WAS HALLOWEEN. WILL DEFENITELY USE SOUTHWEST AGAIN.

Transit from/to main American terminal at LAX took almost 20-25 minutes to/from the American Eagle remote terminal. Once in the air the flight was quick and easy.
I'd pick American vs. American Eagle (commuter flight) in the future to cut out the transit from main to commuter terminal hassle and delay.

The roundtrip legs were on-time & the crew was professional. There was turbulence on the first leg but the pilot forwarned the passengers and did a good job of controling/landing the aircraft.

I am a disabled senior citizen implanted with titanium spinal instrumentation and very sensitive to sudden jarring. Alaska Airlines provided me with understanding and compassionate service. I was very pleased that the pilot gave the passengers "heads up" on expected turbulence over the Sierras so that I could prepare for the "Indiana Jones experience!" This was my first flight with Alaska Airlines and I will definitely book with them again.
