LAX terminal was dirty and crowded, we thought we were standing in line to board but it was the crowd waiting to be called for boarding,so we ended up boarding last with no overhead space left. Instead of checking our carry on at the door they let us take it all the way back only to be told to return to the front to have it checked. All this causing a delay.

Southwest Airline has it DOWN over other inexpensive airlines.....Frontier in particular. SW has comfortable seats and offers snacks. On Frontier your knees are at your chest while your stomach growls!

Seats could always be larger for people with lap infants, but otherwise great experience. Babies squirm and parents need more room to fish around for bottles, toys, snacks, etc to keep thier little ones happy on a plane.

Nice flight to Portland. Better flight back to Los Angeles. Clean aircrafts and the seats were comfortable. The flight crew was very professional and friendly. Both flights left a few minutes early...how about that! Nice job Alaska.

What a unforgetable unpleasant experience I have every time. This time the flight got canceled 1/2 hr before boarding. Over the anouncement they told customers that it was staffing issue and they would take care of hotel, food ect. When we got to customer care, they changed the story and said that the cancellation was due to the wheather. Therefore we are responsible for all inccured costs. They gave 1-800 # for a discount hotel reservation resource which had a wait time of 17 min. United never apologized for their mistake for a wrong announcement nor took any measure of responsibility. This is not the only time they've wronged me. Im done giving them any more chances.
