I remember when flying was pleasant. Today, flight crew NEVER smiled, rarely made eye contact, looked as if they hated the job or were not people oriented. The counter crew (at the gate) was disorganized. Before boarding one woman was asking for any tall (male?) passenger but did not explain why. The flight from Dallas to Panama was just OK. And one more thing--they should be more culturally competent: wishing happy holidays is more inclusive than a Merry Xmas.

Flight, crew and service was great. Mexico City customs was ridiculous for continuing passengers. They had you going through customs again even though you were only changing changing planes and not leaving a secure area.

I enjoyed the flight and all was well. Service, flight attendants, food and drinks was better than expected. I would be more than happy to use this air line in the future.
