    When trying to print out my boarding pass on line, it would not let me keep my original aisle seat. I was forced to select a middle seat to print out. On flight, seating in middle reassigned seat, no one claimed the aisle, so I ended up in aisle anyways. No one at the airline could explain to me why exactly this happened but one flight attendent most likely got it right. I was flying on a Frontier airplane, not Midwest, so I got bumped!

    I loved that they allowed those of us who had no carry on baggage to board prior to those who had carry on baggage.

    Great service -- everyone was happy, peppy and even made jokes. Made the flight safety rules easy to listen to--despite the fact that regular travelers hear the same thing all the time. The seats were leather and comfortable. Snacks were plenty and had a selection. The only set back was the flight was delayed when I was departing from LAX. Would use them again..definitely better than Midwest!

    stood in line 2 hours to check in bags that you have to pay for now.........

    by the time we got to the gate, there wasn't time to grab something to eat so I chose to order something on the plane

    sat in row "16" and they were out of food when they got to our row.............

    but had licorice for $3 if thats what you like

    for breakfast or lunch.

    will DEFINITELY try to avoid this and Midwest Express for travel in the future.........
