Cabin temperature-hot, no individual fans, audiovisual did not work the entire trip. Cabin staff were indifferent. Not a very good experience. I have not flown Delta in a while and was disappointed.

After making reservations 330 days in advance and picking out our good seating, we found that they changed plane configuration at last minute and we ended up in the middle -- terrible seats!

Seats: Not much better than sitting on a board.
Attendants: Poor attitude in general. Not friendly.
Aircraft Interior: Not Clean.
Pilot: Excellent Take-off and Landing,informative, good sense of humor.
The Bottom Line: American is now my "Airline of Last Resort."

The representative at the check in counter was not accommodating. When I requested for a better seating, without trying he told me to ask at the gate. Delta Vacation and Delta Airline do not work together when problem occurred.

A unruly screaming kid sat behind me and kicked my seat during the entire flight. Passengers throughout the plane were horrified at the lack of parenting. The crew ran by our area as if we didn't exist in order to avoid dealing with them. Right before landing I completely lost it and gave the mother and father a piece of my mind. They told me to blame it on the airline, although I'm pretty sure that Delta didn't give birth to the girl.

The plane stayed in the air the whole way, which is about all I have come to want or expect... I did witness a passenger attempt to bully a flight attendant into taking over a better seat -- unbelievable in today's flying environment. The flight attendant was firm and direct but the passenger only backed down after the attendant threatened to call the captain! Do people really not know to just get on board, sit down in the seat you paid for, and shut up? The attendant handled it well and the flight crew was actually sort of jolly from then on.

I arrived within 45min limit but delayed for no reason so they bump me to next flight +5hrs +$75!! Met other single travelers with same situation, feel this is strategic planning to exhume more cash from travelers. Customer service was absolutely unhelpful and ignored my reasonable inquiries about this policy. Clearly, I will avoid this airline for their potential misuse of passengers.

Seats were uncomfortable and so close together. I could not even get into my seat without ask the people in front of us to move their seat forward. I am an average height person and my knees were touch the seat in front with both seats being upright. Too uncomfortable for a 5 hour flight!

This is not your usual United Flight filled with business travelers and an unlimited number of men in suits.
This flight is friendlier - most travelers are going on vacation and in a better mood...and so are the flight attendants.
I've taken this flight many times and it's always been on time as well. My only complaint is that it's sometimes out of United Terminal 6...which in my opinion is sort of grungy and dirty, and the bathrooms smell. But once you get past the terminal issues, you're good as gold.
*Bonus, they always play the "Halfway to Hawaii" game on the plane, so you can bet your traveling partner to see who gets closest. Suggested bet? Unlimited mai-tais!

OK - the plane was just ancient, so the monitor for movie was a tiny tv mounted overhead in the aisle - one for all of 1st class. The food was unremarkable. Service was good, not great. Drinks were plentiful, tho.
