Allegiant nickle and dimes you on pricing from stated to actual. I had an emergency requirement to be on site and the costing was more than I've ever seen on Allegiant.

Allegiant makes flying possible for those that can't afford the huge airfares and want to get to their destination without a timely layover.

Check in experience at both airports was fast and easy. Assistants were nice. Once I found my gate, I didn't like the fact that there was no information posted about the flight at either airport. Allegiant is so economical that they only drape a fabric sign over a podium to identify themselves. I found it difficult to see. Flight and attendants were courteous and we boarded on time. The return flight was freezing cold...everyone had on jackets and hoods over their heads and magazines over their legs, then the air conditioning turned off and gradually it got overly warm. The pilots both ways did little to announce what area's were were flying over and I guess that doesn't matter much to those that fly all the time...but to those of us that don't, it would have been nice to know. And one other thing, when the attendants give the speech about life saving devices, they are very hard to understand. They talk much to fast for all announcements and their voices are too high...they all should take broadcasting lessons and learn to speak from the diaphram (sp) or have the men give the talk. You need an "undercover" boss to take a flight and really pay attention to what's going on with things like that. Other than these small details, it was a good flight both ways and on time. I felt secure and safe.

Had a very pleasant experience on American to Colorado. Flight staff was very attentive and the flight itself was smooth. Would fly again!
