Arriving at the curb terminal six... no one at curbside to meet my disabled mother with a wheelchair.

The counter help non existent. Not that they did not offer to help, they were NOT there.

No luggage check in, no one to check us in. No one from the other airline counters could help with phone number or even to help me contact the gate to tell them we are waiting for help.

We missed the flight. The Allegiant staff never showed up back at the first floor counter. Calling there Phone Reservation number yielded zero satisfaction. The woman said "you were supposed to arrive one a nd a half hours before your flight. You were supposed to be checked in no less than thirty minutes before the plane departs, yes, yes and yes!

But if Allegiant does not staff there counter then how was I supposed to comply with even their rules?

I will not fly allegiant again after this trip which has already cost me over 800.00 dollars.

I still have not found a flight to Arkansas.
