    on our return flight we were held on cleveland tarmac 15 minutes while they got ice and then barely got into philly when we had to circle twice before landing and go to another terminal to catch our connecting flight. it was scheduled to leave at 6pm and we got to the gate at 5:52 they had already left and were pulling away. it was there airlines that set the times and knew the flight was a little behind but they did not hold the flight and we had to stay at a motel overnight along with several other passengers for which they wouldn't pay for either. never will i fly u.s.air again

    Can't beat the redeye flight; you don't waste the day traveling. Continetal pretty good on customer service and their mileage plus program is great. I don't think I am going to like the merger with United.
