There are no amenities anymore in international flights. No music, no movies, no food, no power-pods - in an over 4 hour flight; you might get water/sodas. And when you get home, you are "trucked" to another terminal for customs because Delta's customs has closed for the day! (Another 1.5 hours) Then, out of five people in customs, one has to be a bad-as?-dude and yell at Americans returning home. That one guy should get fired!
ps: Decorative bag-tags were stolen somewhere between Cancun and LAX. Glad the vacation itself was magnificent!

Simple flight, nothing fancy. Beverage served on both legs of flight, no snack. You had to purchase a snack if you wanted to eat. Second leg of flight was delayed 1 hr.
Other than that, everyone was courteous. No fuss.

Alaska Air flight was a charter by Apple Vacations to Cancun, non-stop. The plane was almost brand new, B737-700 and was clean. Cabin service was great, smooth and efficient.
Downside was the lack of any inflight entertainment, no music, movie, etc.
The return flight was the same excellent quality except for the International Terminal at LAX!! It's being UPGRADED!! will take a couple of years and meanwhile you have to deplane into buses and be driven to the Customs Facility. It actually went okay, but added about 30 minutes to getting out of the Terminal.
