We loved LAN Airlines on our recent trip to South America. The flight attendants were beautifully dressed, the seats were new and comfortable, there were numerous in-flight movies to chose from with your very own in-seat screen, and when you board they play very relaxing music to calm everyone down. The food was delicious and served on glass plates with real silverware. And with every meal they offer free wine or after dinner liquors. All our flights were on time and no baggage delays. We are a fan of LAN!!

I won't speak of the flight it self because we decided to use our air miles and fly Business Class and everything was what we have expected. While in Argentina there was extremely bad weather that delayed and canceled the 1 flight per day on Delta back to Los Angeles. Not only did Delta take care of all the details during the 2 day delay but the Gate Agent, Paul, was "Out Standing". He took care of us, as well as about 20 other Stand By Passengers, with the confidence and professionalism that is seldom seen anymore when traveling through airports. Congrats to Delta for having such a wonderful employee. The flight wasn't bad either.
