The flight and crew were great! Unfortunately, we have concerns about LAX. We arrived at Terminal 6, but no listing was found for Allegiant, JetBlue, Horizon or Frontier. Only flights for UA/Continental were listed. How can this serve passengers? We were directed to gate 21B by the counter reservationist in the departure hall, yet when we arrived at gate 21B - a sign posted said Frontier. We could not find anyone to help us find our flight on Allegiant. Air travel has changed, but terminal assistance is non-existant.

“Very comfortable trip with no hassles”

This was my first time on Allegiant and it was a nice flight. It went straight through with no stops and the seats were comfortable with more room than most smaller planes I've flown in. The flight attendants were very pleasant and the flights were on time. The only problem I have is that a low price is advertised but they add on for a seat if a person doesn't want a middle seat, and quite a few other fees as well. Still, it was a great price and I would fly with them again.
