    Flew Jet Blue for the first time and was overall very impressed. First off, no fee for 1st checked bag. Loved that. Seats had lots of leg room in coach. Flights were on time. Really nothing to complain about.

    Crew were friendly and helpful. price was really low, even though tons of fees are added on. Don't think I can blame the airlines for that entirely.

    Only complaint is the astronomical cost of parking at Long Beach airport. I usually fly out of LAX or Ontario, with lots of options and reasonable long-term parking. Cost me more for four days at Long Beach than it cost to leave my vehicle for two wks in LA. I will probably never fly out of Long Beach again, unless someone can come up with suggestion around this.

    This was my first trip w/JetBlue and it was great. Starting w/a good price, on-time flights, easy check-in, no baggage fee, a crew w/a light sense of humor, a clean waiting area, a smaller airport, AND a survey at the end! Great job!

    It was a hassel free flight. My husband had just returned from summiting Mt. Everest and needed rest and relaxation. This trip afforded him just that!

    When we were waiting to depart they announced our plane was departing from a different gat so for everyone to go wait at another gate to be escorted to another area. We went to the other gate and then after about 15 minutes they announced it would be esier to bring the plane to our original gate than to escort the passengers to the gate the where the plane was locted. Seems to me that decision should have been made before a crowd of people with take on bags moved from one area to thre other. Plane was 45 minutes delayed in leaving.

    I had issues with check in both leaving and coming back. There is no checked bag fee for the 1st bag, which is great. The leg room is awesome! The flight members are friendly and the overall flight was fine.
