    The flight was a packed red-eye. As always it takes a long time to board with everyone having so may carry-ons to avoid baggage fees. Crew was pleasant~~

    United finally realized that they needed to upgrade their services to Hawaii, rather than continually cut back. Food/service is much improved over last year
