My sister flew from Latrobe Pa to Orlando on Dec. 3 2012. She had to have a wheelchair since she just got out of the hospital that day and could not go to her house so she was moved with me in Deltona Fl.she had two broken hip surgeries so she needed a wheelchair when she got off the plane but no one had helped her or gave her a wheelchair, all this was on her ticket, this is why I called the Airlines personally. They let her get off the plane with her walker and never assisted her again. She sat all alone waiting for 2 hours while I went nuts with the airlines to find her. A maintenance worker finally helped her with the long walk from the gate to the tram then to the main terminal. I was really mad since she was in so much pain. I called the airline they said email them so I sent a long letter by email two days latter but never heard from them. You never can get a hold of them and they are not professional and sometimes nasty.
