I had an issue with online check-in. My e-ticket was United but my record locator was USAir. Neither one of these was acceptable to Continental's online check in webpage. I had to wait until I got to the airport early morning to ensure a decent seat. Then I find out later that the seat map at the check in kiosk was not accurate--did not match the aircraft I flew in. I'm glad I stuck to my seat assignment. The aircraft used on one of my flight legs was a brand new 737-800. Nice plane, great seat but you not only pay for a headset separately if you didn't have a personal one, you also have to pay $6.00 to listen to music or watch old shows on satellite TV. When I last flew JetBlue that was all free.

Took a round trip flight Las Vegas to Reagan National, nonstop. Las Vegas to D.C. arrived 30 minutes early. D.C. to Las Vegas arrived 25 minutes early. Baggage arrived at baggage claim within 15 minutes. The flight attendants were efficient and pleasant. The pilot landed the plane like a feather. Altogether a great experience. Wish all my flights were like this.
