Somehow Allegiant lost my luggage & they've yet to find it. It wasn't a small bag either. Their customer service is horrible. I will never fly with them again.

Flying from LV to Springfield on Allegiant, the last 10 minutes of the flight, smoke started coming in all along the vents above the seats. When we landed and waited forever for everyone to get out of their seats, the smoke kept coming in. Finally the stewardess stopped her endless chatter to say that it was just condensation. I have flew many, many times and never had experinced this? It did smell like radiator overheat. Funny thing was that when we were leaving the door of the plane there stood the pilot talking to fire and rescue guy. Should we have been concerned and should I wonder about flying on a airline that is not truthful about problems they may have?
