arrive for my flight 5 minutes before fight and counter told me that i awas late, rep very unprofessional, rude, used profanity when I express frustation. make me felt that i should paid a higher fee for this flight since b/c of no mi mistake had to pay xtra $50 to take another flight. there is a lack/no sense of helping the customer.
