    Speakers to loud in gate D area. Had to hold our hands over our ears about every 5 minutes for 2 hours. Not just us but every one in the gate area. This was in LAS on the way home.Deafening experiance

    We went on Sun country we had great rates and the service was excellent. we left on time both ways even early. The staff was polite and helpful. the flight was smooth and fast. Will fly this airline again was greatly impressed.

    Both flights arrived early; the flight from Las Vegas to Minneapolis arrived 45 minutes early. The flight attendants were friendly. On the first leg four packages of peanuts, pretzels, and biscuits were given. On the return flight, the passengers had to request peanuts. Both days, the weather was clear and visibility was excellent. I just wished that the captain would inform the passengers what geographical areas we were flying over.

    I booked this flight thru Travelocity and chose my seat assignments. When we arrived at the airport, I was told that those were only requests and the Travelocity information doesn't go thru to Sun Country's computers. I was also unable to check in and print my boarding passes from home because the Itinerary numbers don't interface. Therefore, we spent 45 minutes in line to get boarding passes when we had only carry on luggage. Otherwise, the flight was fine.
