    upon entering airline, greeted with a happy smile

    flight attendants constantly provided beverage to drink (water, juice); asked if she could be of service; directed to other toilet when available;

    Hawaiian is the BEST! always on time and very friendly. Had a great time as usual on Oahu. We go there every year now. Will see them next year.

    The flight was on time. The service was great. The food was good. I can't think of anything bad to say.We did have a mix-up with luggage in Honolulu, but it was not the Airlines fault. I would and will fly with Hawaiian again.

    We go to hawaii once or twice year - using our time share and hawaiian air miles. Hawaiian airlines is a great airlines to fly with. They are very friendly, helpful and courteous. They do their best to ensure that you are comfortable and that your needs are met to the best of their ability. We went twice in 2009, once in 2010, all on Hawaiian Airlines. There only draw back is their baggage fees - $23.00 lst bag, $32.00 second bag - too much. Used to be $15.00 & $25.00 respectfully. They along with other airlines have gone overboard in baggage fees. You'll notice that most flight attendants have more than one carry-on that DOES NOT conform to the same standards as the paying COACH customer.
