The flight was originally delayed because of weather. Then there was a tale of a mysterious warning light. The mechanics couldn't fix it. Therefore, we had to be switched to another plane with a wait in between boarding. The crew was polite but there was nothing exceptional to report.

However, on my way home I took US Airways and encountered an exceptionally pleasant flight crew. On the second leg of my journey (I had to switch planes in Phoenix) I encountered Elizabeth. She was awesome!

I was in a middle seat between a normal size person and a very obese woman (400 lbs). People of this size should have to purchase two seats or a seat in first class. The seat and leg space are small enough with just normal size people sitting in them!

Why do flights seem to be so average ? The only one left with a sense of humor is southwest.

We had prearranged a wheelchair at both airports and outbound was fine but coming home no one remembered so we waited and waited-not a good experience!
