We really like this non-stop trip, even though it is a red-eye. It is usually on time! Attendants are pleasant and helpful.

Love this airline. Staff was great, flight very comfortable. We took the red eye to Boston, so comfort is critical. The plane was clean and quiet. One disappointing fact that they did not come throught the cabin to offer complimentarty drinks (coffee) in the morning. We did not know we had to order them. But, other than that we will definitely fly with Virgin whenever we can.

The captain warned us of expected turbulence and said he would rise above it as soon as we were airborne. And that he did. We enjoyed the free snacks and the free dunkin donuts coffee given out 45 minutes before we landed. Very nice! Enjoyed the hot towels given out to refresh our hands and face.

There are plenty of things to do on this flight. When you can't sleep you can watch tv and drink a night cap!

Tired old planes, tired service at gates, in-flight staff tired but trying, seats just plain tired, worn out, cramped, uncomfortable and barely recline at all. Made for a very tough red-eye flight.
