    “Flight tech's were extremely rude and thier supervisor was too lazy to attend to a cutomer with a serious problem. After all the nasty behavior, they lost my luggage. At the BWI airport, they were mor than warm.”

    I will never use American again. I was never treated so rudly than at Mcarren airport, lost vegas. not only did they lose my luggage on purpose, it was also damaged.Managment. get your people in check.I had a problem with both women at the ticket counter at gate D3 but the managment "Paula" refused to come up and see the ruckus at the gate on 03/24/11 at 7:55 am

    Fight was crowded with no overhead room for bags by the time the plane was at 1/2 capicity. Bags had to be checked at gate which delayed flight. Attendends very short.

    We picked the airline because they included up to 2 check in luggage included in the fare. Other airlines had similar prices, but the fear was being nit picked on extras.

    Ok, so my standards might be lower than your average flyer... and I fly SouthWest a lot so I am used to how they do things... like no assigned seating and linng up in order to board the plane. But, really, a quick flight that arrived early (just 5 min, but still), 2 FREE checked bags per person (I was flying with my 2 boys, so that's a LOT of luggage). Beverage service and snacks (although we bring our own food due to food allergies). Really, what's not to like?
