    How much more uncomfortable can flying get?

    They ripped my bag - since I did not report it within 24 hrs I was told nothing could be done.

    I've used up over one million Frequent Flyer miles and wish most US carriers would just go away. I'm tired of getting less and paying more so another CEO can get another penny on their bonus.

    If at all possible I take another method of transport.

    “we left late,got to atlanta late,missed our connection,had to get a room.delta had no overnite toiletries,had to buy undergarments to sleep in and for the next days travel,had to catch a cab to walmart which was closed,went to cvs to purchase said items,c”

    we had a very bad experience with delta

    the flight got in late

    we had to stay overnitevouchers were less than the price of the cheapest item

    had to buy overnite toiletries

    pay 25 for cab fare to get them

    bad flight experience

    others got other flight passes

    we got nothing
