First time flying alaska and was very pleased by their service, price and room in seats. At gate offered upgrade to first class for $100 going and returning(which we did not take) On flight back the flight attendant asked for our crossword puzzle from the newspaper and we gladly gave it to her. She than said she would bring us a cocktail and we refused said it was fine. About 15 minutes later she brought each of us our own Player that they offer for $12 per flight (hawaii mainland)Has tv shows great movies,games etc....the entire crew had a great attitude and user friendly. Will definitly fly them again!

I fly frequently from Kona, Hawaii to the San Francisco Bay area. I prefer non stop flights so I have used United Airlines almost exclusively. Well, no more! Alaska Airlines have won me over with their Kona to San Jose direct flight. Leg room, comfortable seats, efficient check in & best of all a crew & personel who were so nice, polite AND entertaining! My flights arrived early on both ends of my round trip flight. I have only high praises for Alaska Airlines!
