    The only problem I found on this flight is someone caught smoking in the restroom on the plane! I was appalled to know a person on that flight would put our lives in jepardy just to get a puff of smoke in their lungs! This was a passenger that got caught, thank goodness! After we landed, a Sheriff got on the plane and I heard alot of loud talking going on to the passenger! I hope and I thought they may have arrested the smoker, but I am not sure about that. The authorities tried to be discreet, but everyone was in the isle waiting to get off, so it was about 15 minutes before all was clear. Other than the smoker getting a lecture and hopefully a fine or jail time, everything was good to go. By the way, this was the second trip on Allegiant Air that someone was caught smoking in the restroom! Nothing was done at that time except a lecture from the crew. This really is a serious problem that the airlines need to address with stricter rules and consequences!

    Knoxville, TN has some of the highest air fares in the country. We're glad to have Allegiant here, and hope they add more destinations from here.

    ALLEGIANT WAS EXCELLENT! HAD A GREAT FLIGHT! LOVED THE PRICE! CHECK IN WAS A BREEZE AND THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. WILL DEFINITELY FLY WITH ALLEGIANT AGAIN.

    For the price of the tickets, we couldn't have had a better flight! It was better than some flights that I have had and paid alot more for the ticket!! I will fly Allegiant whenever possible!!!

    The woman at the check in line should be ashamed at the way she treated the customers. Yelling and rude. Check-in was pretty smooth. Security wasn't too bad. No seating for our party in the waiting area. We sat on our bags, which was a lond day with a delay (several hours). Getting on the plane was a nightmare...people pushing and shoving to get to their seats. We were not allowed to sit together...RIP-OFF. And now, charging for carry on??Give me a great. ADIOS Spirit. Not a good value at ALL.
