This was the first time for me to fly on Southwest and it was a very nice flight. I flew nonstop from Kansas City to San Diego and the seats were comfortable and clean with plenty of leg room. The price was good. There was no extra charge for checked luggage. The staff was very friendly and some even joked around, making the flight very pleasant. I will be sure to use southwest for future flights when possible.
