    Flight was delayed the sign at the gate continued to say ontime until 12:40 or later. The scheduled departure was 9am. No estimate of departure time was given until after noon. Then at around 2pm we were told the plane didn't have the proper pamphlets in the seatbacks. So we had to wait another hour.

    Southwest is my airline of choice - but do wish they would upgrade the padding in the seats. Left MCI on time, early into Dallas. Left Dallas on time and arrived in New Orleans on time. Same on the return.
