We were delayed 40-45 minutes in St. Louis due to a lack of gate availability. Our outbound flight was also affected, so we did not miss our connection, we just got home about 30 minutes later than we would have. The next day, Southwest sent each member of our party a $60 travel voucher good on Southwest for the next 12 months. Between proactive customer relations and bags flying free, we'll be looking at Southwest first from now on!
