SW is the airline that if I had my choice would be the only one I would fly. All staff friendly at all times. My husband and I fly SW at least twice a year. Good job SW, keep it up!

The only complaint I have was that the pilot did not keep us informed when our plane was sitting on the runaway waiting to be deiced..we sat there for over an hour.

Airline needs to work on keeping couples together. We were split up for our entire trip both to Vegas and back to Kansas City.

Instead of loading from the back of the plane to the front which minimizes crossing paths & keeps baggage near the passenger, SW loads in a random fashion. SW does not assign seats so when you get on the plane you can sit anywhere which means many of the first on take the front seats & while they are putting away their bag & getting in their seat they are blocking everyone else & slowing loading. The unlucky last ones to load will find a seat, rarely convientently located on the aile,

They are basically becoming no frills (unless you want to pay up the you know what). Used miles, so cannot complain too much. I wish SW prices were not going up...
