The price was excellent, the flight itself was good, but the check in was bad going and coming, we were there an hour early and still almost missed the flight because of the slow check in, just plan to be there at least 90 mins early and you may be fine.

We had good experience both going and coming. The only issue was on the return we were delayed about 40 mins out of FLL which could have been prevented. Our plane had to wait until the flight in the gate had departed when Southwest had plenty of gates available at that time on a Saturday evening. The only other thing you have to put up with Southwest is the cattle car boarding process, but when you book Southwest you realize that is going to happen.
