The departure was 45 minutes late because the plane was late coming in. On the return flight we were late getting started because the plane coming in was late. But they got us all onboard only 10 minutes after we were supposed to have left the airport.
The pilot made up some of the time on the return flight. Boths crews were very friendly and efficient! On the return flight to KC, one of your Customer Service personnel and her little boy sat next to me. I thoroughly enjoyed their presence!!!
Overall...a very good experience! :)

great airline. Like the fact that you don't pay extra for baggage. Flight going was not very crowded but coming home had more people. Still got my window seat.

We had an excellent flight from Kansas City to Dallas and back. We were traveling with two children ages 5 & 8. Had no problems- staff was friendly and courteous.Flights were on time. Would definately travel Southwest again. Also had the best prices at purchase time!!

This short, hour and a half flight was completely full both coming and going. I did notice that Southwest's no charge baggage policy seems to alleviate passengers flying with huge carry-ons so boarding and dis-boarding went quickly. It's a bit awkward choosing your seat from those remaining when boarding late in the process, however one seatmate commented that Southwest should market their "no assigned seat" policy as a speed dating opportunity. Cute. The Southwest crew was friendly and helpful in both airports and on-board. Check-in and security lines were very efficient and our wait times were minimal, even over the holiday weekend.
