Was attending my father's funeral. Only issue I had was at the DFW American departure gate no place to plug in laptop or phone for recharging.

We had excellent flights each leg. The only reason for rating it 4 paws instead of 5 is that we were late leaving KC so we had to almost run through Ohare in order to make our connection there. However, I was impressed by the fact that United had already phoned my cell phone and left a message that they had rescheduled us on a later flight in case we didn't make our connection. I had enough leg room in economy, too, and I am taller than the average woman.
