I had a two hour lay over in Cleveland each way which wouldn't have been bad but there was absolutely no place to smoke. There were thunderstorms on the return flight so it was a little bumpy but the pilot did a wonderful job. There was very little leg room but for the price I could live with it.

Should consider not charging for luggage.....would make them more competitive! All landings were actually perfect.......with great, friendly, attentive flight attendants!

Due to the domino effect it was bad..left KC almost 2 hours late (were told weather in Baltimore had caused the delay) which made our arrival in Baltimore at 2 a.m. soooo our Shuttle reservations were long gone and we were on stand by...had to wait for it so finally made it to the hotel around 4 (not fun!).

Departure flight was delayed 5 hrs! Rescheduled my connecting flight in Detroit, and then had to reschedule a second time. No other flights available to Detroit or to any of the 3 airports at my final destination all day long! Finally on the plane,,had to trek all the way to another concourse(same airline!) barely making it,. Once on the plane, the flight attendants were very rude. The handicapped woman walking with a cane to sit next to me refused to help her store her bag overhead! I couldnt believe it!She had some excuse like she couldnt get hurt! I have seen them help people all the time, move bags all the time!! This poor girl was having a hell of a time! Anyway, i helped her deplane, carried her bags and put her in a wheelchair which they did have waiting for her. One more thing that was really annoying, i did volunteer to put my bag under the plane as to give others more space. Well several of us were waiting in the jetway after deplaneing and the pilot told us that they dont do that, we will have to go get our bags in the terminal like everybody else! I couldnt fricking believe it!! I have flown many, many airlines and have never heard of such!! whats the f..n point of having a carry on?? Waited FOREVER for the bags of course,,,,will never fly DELTA again!!!!
