    Flown Delta lots of times, sometimes it's on time, sometimes it's not. Nature of air travel. Traveled on a few others, and they all seem about the same.

    The fat man seated next to me got sick & I alerted an attendant who did nothing. Earlier that same attendant offered me a better seat at no charge because he saw my cramped situation & I didn't take him up on it.

    Comfortable flight, free wifi available, luggage was in before I could walk to the pick up area. Assistance with checking bag was fast and made easy.

    Our flight was scheduled to leave Atlanta, Georgia at 10 p.m. for our return direct flight to Kansas City. There was a delay due to weather. Understandable. Every 1/2 hour there were further announcements of delays. We continued to hear about trying to find a crew for the K.C. flight. Finally, at 2 a.m. the flight was cancelled. We, along with other tired passengers, were herded to another concourse where we waited in line to try to get to our destinations. Finally, my husband and I were able to get on a flight going from Atlanta to Salt Lake City where we would change planes after a 2 hour wait for our flight to Kansas City. Next we realized that all 4 boarding passes were for me. We went back to correct this where we were routed to another concourse, requiring a tram to the main terminal. The rude Delta employee said they needed to close down and she was tired and needed rest. Finally by 4 a.m., all was corrected and we were able to sleep uncomfortably in the airport for a few hours. The flight from Salt Lake to K.C. was delayed for 1-1/2 hours due to a broken seat belt. All in all, passengers were disgrunted, felt they had been lied to and patronized. Rudeness was also described. Right now I would walk rather than fly Delta again. Thanks for allowing me to vent.
