Despite the holiday season and Full flights, we were pleasantly surprised at smooth transitions through security (JAX) & pleasant staff. Of course it was only 4:30AM! The airplane seemed small with only 4 seats across, but the staff was obviously working for the passenger's safety and comfort. Extremely smooth take offs and landings. The airplane was sound. Even the typically surly staff in Atlanta seemed helpful.

We checked a beg at the curb and it arrived safely. The bag handlers were quick, courteous and accurate. Our bag did get a stain, it was raining and we thought it was water. Turns out to be greasy. Nice to curb side check a bag. We paid at the curb.
