    JAX to PHL pleasurable.Smooth flight plenty of room even with plane 90% full. PHL to JAX trip from HELL. Plane was smaller 99% full.Seats uncomfortable. Too much talking behind my seat.

    Save your money and travel coach on a short flight Selection of beer and wine in first class was terrible. It would help to be able to understand the flight attendant as well

    The flight itself was good both ways. The staff were pleasant and I definitely enjoyed seeing my granddaughters and kids.

    Flight was good, seats, people, all good. Boarding procedure still needs work.My suggestion is Back to Front, window to aisle.
