Delta has to be the worst airline, especially when they use other carriers to supliment their routes.
I fly often and rarely do I have an uneventful trip on Delta..Either equipment failure, or pilot time causes delays or cancelations. On the last flight, I had to fly to LGA instead of my original flight to HPN
They will claim weather caused delays of cancellations, relieving them of responsibilies

booked way in advance, week of flight our seats were changed both ways and my husband and I were not seated together. Couldn't upgrade to first class because we booked so far ahead and got a good deal. They said we didn't pay enough for the flight. Well what good does it do to book ahead?

It was an okay flight, left and arrived on time, no hassle with check-in, polite service. Seats not very comfortable, served pretzels/peanuts/drink.
