We were delayed in Cleveland, waiting for 10 passengers to catch this connecting flight to GR with us. As we waited, the weather in Ohio and Grand Rapids got worse. (high winds, rain, snow) We had to climb down stairs, walk outside and climb the stairs to the plane. Then we had to de-embark to wait for the 10 passengers and do it all over again. The flight attendant was very kind and professional but you couldn't hear a word he said over the loud speaker. He might as well have just whispered from the front of the plane. My itinerary said I was flying out on United but I was directed from the United desk to the Continental desk to check in again there. The whole experience seemed very inconveniencing, and yet I paid the same as those you were trying so hard not to inconvenience. My flight down to FL on Delta was a great experience. I will fly Delta next time.
