When I reviewed this flight earlier, I neglected to mention the excellent treatment I received in both JAX and Logan. I was traveling with chilled liquid medicine and an infusion pump for the first time, and had to go through the pat-down process as a result. Security staff couldn't have been more respectful or efficient, while still being thorough. Kudos all round.

Not a bad flight -- not overbooked, and on time. For whatever reason, the smallest planes are assigned the longest legs of the trip, which is a little unfortunate. But my real complaint is the $25/checked bag rule. We were gone a week, and the need to carry on a chilled bag of special medical supplies meant there was no way around checking a suitcase. I am among those still chafing at these semi-new airline charges.

Check in lines at Logan are always a mess. There is no "in flight service" per se, unless you want to purchase.
seat comfort.....gone by long ago. Whose behind is so narrow? Not mine, and I am not overweight.
