Air Trans zone boarding does little to speed the boarding process. My husband and I were in two different boarding zones 3 & 6 but were sitting in the same row. He boarded first and had the aisle seat and I boarded after and had to climb over him for the window seat. Seems like the process would go faster if they would board from the rear of the plane first (last 5 rows, next set of 5 etc) If Southwest, who has an open seating plan where everyone just picks a seat as they go, can board a plane in 20 minutes it would seem that Air Tran, where seats are pre-assigned, could get the boarding done in the same short period....NOT!

Otherwise, the flight (seats, service delays) are what you should expect from an economy airline.
