Southwest always has and always will be the example that other airlines should follow. Polite, on time, and efficient but most of all, they know how to keep the fares down.

On time both coming and going. Friendly, funny and efficient flight attendants. The flight itself was thankfully uneventful and smooth both departing and landing on both flights. The only delay was going through security in Orlando on the return trip. There were a couple of scanners not in use but the inspectors were not frazzled and were courteous and helpful.

Worse flt I've had in a long time. The plane was packed with kids (75%) & they were noisy. The flt was delayed an 1hr for no apparent reason & if that wasn't bad enough, it was noisy & the seats are uncomfortable, the plane is too old! 1st time flying w/ Southwest & it may be my last time (unless the fare is dirt cheap).
