    I love everything about leaving from Islip and landing in Ft. Lauderdale and being able to walk to the rental car center. What I don't like is Southwent's unfair seating plan. If you pay extra to get on faster, you can save any number of seats for people who did not pay extra. Not fair. You pay extra, you should get one seat. Also like their luggage policy. In Islip, the shuttle driver actually dug us out of our parking space.

    I LIKE SOUTHWEST BECAUSE IT IS HASSLE FREE. I DID NOT LIKE THAT THEY WERE UNRESPONSIVE TO A MEDICAL PROBLEM WITH MY FAMILY WHILE IN FLE. AND I HAD TO BOOK ANOTHER AIRLINE TO GET HOME
