Have had great luck with Continental's flights this year. Houston (IAH) is a great place to easily change planes on the way from San Jose (SJC) to Indianapolis. ALL our flights were perfectly on time and although full, actually pleasant. Every attendant we encountered was polite, helpful and cheery.

My one complaint is that even though the loudspeaker is warning you not to try to board with a 'too large' carry-on, or more than one, they allowed ANYTHING! And I do mean huge bags, and people with two fairly large roll-on suitcases. Not fair to the rest of us when the overhead bins are packed so tight nothing gets in or out!!! I wish they would actually make people check the larger bags, like they say they are going to.
