    My recent Delta trip from Indianapolis to San Antonio was without problems. Minor delay on the return trip due to a cockpit instrument failure before takeoff. Delta had the problem fixed quickly and we were only about 30 minutes late on arrival in Indianapolis.

    your personnel was polite ( a rarity) and knowledgeable (more rare) from hallway to runway!

    Travel sucks but it doesn't have to be cruel.

    This was my first Air Tran experience and if you guys can sustain this vibe, I'll always be checking you first for fares as I follow rock bands around the US!

    AA dropped the ball on my return flight. Arrived in DFW for a change of planes and a storm started to come in. They shut down the entire airport and cancelled the flights. Storm was over within an hour. The flights could have easily been held for a while before pulling the plug. When riding with AA flight attendants the next day on a hotel shuttle, they voiced their opinions as being the same. I would have rather waited and had a delay than have to stay in a hotel without luggage until the next day.

    The staff was professional and the plane was on time. The landings equaled the take-offs. The luggage arrived with us. All is good.
