    The family sitting next to me should have been asked to buy extra seats I PAID for a full seat and ended up only getting about 1/4th of a seat. The flight attendants bottom kept hitting me in the head every time she walked by and my left thigh was soaking wet from the man's sweat. This lasted for 4 hours. !!!!!!!!

    On our trip back to Indianapolis we had the most fantastic crew. They told jokes, they acted like old friends with everyone, the pilots kept us informed of where we were and one of the stewardesses sang us a song before we left the plane. I remember when all their crews used to be fun like this but I would like to have this team on ALL my flights!

    Southwest Airlines is hard to beat. The people are so friendly and go out of their way to serve you. They seem to care about you as a person. They are also very efficient. On the flight they offer snacks by the box full and you can take as many as you would like. Their boarding system is very effecient and orderly. Our experience was totally positive. I will fly SWA whenever possible. By the way, we had had to move our plans by exactly one week and SWA let us make the change with no hassle and, more importantly, no change fees.

    Very friendly staff, smooth ride! They had a lot of assorted snacks to choose from - on departure & return flights, we were able to take as many snacks as we wanted!
