From the Customer service reps at the counters (if they were AT the counter) to the Flight Attendants, there was a general apathy about their jobs. At check-in, the CSR's were talking about when their shift was over, and not really paying attention to the customers. On the plane, the Flight attendants were bland, not helpful, certainly not cheerful, and were having similiar conversations about "how many 'legs' they were flying today" ? I was in First class, and, compared to other airlines, there is nothing first class about the service. It will be a loooong time before I fly with them again, especially with many better choices out there!
