All of our flights left on time and arrived early. What was most impressive was the short period of time that passed from the time of touchdown until we deplaned!

Flight's were good. Had a layover in CVG, my next plane was stuck in Chaicago, mechanical problems. They found another plane to take us on to BWI. I was quite impressed, we were only an hour or so late. Not bad at all. Thanks United.

I always love flying Southwest because there is so little of a stress threshold; the kindness of land and air crew combined with a perfected nonchalance always put passengers at ease (and probably helps make passengers display better moods).
This trip was my first with two new titannium hips and I was amazed at how helpful and non-stressed the process was to get a chair at check-in and through boarding and baggage claim. If I could always take Southwest, I would. And special pricing allows me the chance to book and affordable rate (this flight cost less than my limo ride to and from airport to home).

No complaints! Everything went smoothly! No delays and the
Crew was great! The seats were uncomfortable but isn't that the case with all economy seats?

We began our stay in Baltimore with over an hour in the penalty box before getting a gate to deplane. Then over an hour to get the luggage from the plane to be picked up. So from runway to picking up luggage took more time than the flight from Indianapolis to Baltimore (BWI).
I will say the flight into Indianapolis was terrific. Everything was perfect.

My flight was a 6:15 a.m. flight, but their check-in doesn't open until 4:30 a.m. and only one person is actually there then. I did self check-in and waited for them to call my name to check my baggage. They never did so I had to wait in a 20 minute line just to get to the desk for them to tell me my bag tag had been sitting there but they never called it. Not happy.
