We enjoyed both the wonderful service and all the food. We sure hope United doesn't ruin Continental. We've always avoided United because it stunk and the service was not very friendly

got a really good deal onairfare $288.00 round trip. got bumped up to world travel coming back and the plane was still only half filled. service was good check in good food just average but for that price i could have eaten anything and been happy. the airlines should ofter more discount fares like that one and fill the plane up they stillhad 14 people working the plane instead of flying half full

The service provided by the staff was top notch. They kept me full of food and wine the entire trip. Best if you flight on Tuesday and Wednesday and can get an entire row of seats to yourself!! Spread out and take a nap.

BA flight, Boeing 777. I have never been in such a cramped seat in my life. Awful and never again in a 777. Return trip was in a different plane and was ok. Steer clear of their Boeing 777................

Maybe it was the flat beds that Continental finally got around to putting on their Atlantic flights, but it seemed that everything was better--nicer crew, better quality of food and better wines. May have to go back to my preferred carrier. Hope the merger with United doesn't drag it down to their standard.
