After paying $25.00 for a checked bag, Frontier lost the bag. It was not at the Denver airport upon arrival at 5:00 p.m. They finally delivered to home at 11:30. This has happened twice in the last year. They should refund the checking charge.

“United/Continental Merger is a Nightmare”

For Continental passengers, the merger is going to be a nightmare I predict. We flew back on 9/25 from Denver to Houston with another couple. Prior to departure we went to the United Red Carpet Lounge in Denver (the Continental lounge was closed some time ago). At the check-in point for the lounge the attendant made a snide remark about my DL photo. We then went upstairs and were charged $24 for 4 drinks (they're free at Continental's Presidents Club lounges). The lounge was dirty, the upholstery was stained throughout the lounge and the Wi-Fi was not working. If this is what I'm going to be getting in the future for my $550/year charge for my Chase Continental Presidential Plus credit card I'll be a FORMER continental passenger/devotee pretty darn soon!

Continental changed my flight on a trip from Cancun, leaving from Houston. They scheduled the connecting flight 30 minutes apart, from the arriving international flight. As part of the international flight arrival involves getting your bags and going thru customs, there was no chance of making the connection. We missed our connecting flight and there were no other flights until the next morning. Meaning we had to stay overnight in Houston. They provided neither a hotel room or transportation to a hotel. The best they would offer is a discount coupon for a Best Western. Even though it was their fault by rescheduling my connecting flight so close to our arrival on a international flight. Our original flight had a two hour layover. Plenty of time to re-enter the country and re-board and check our baggage. Thanks Continental for the expense of a nights stay near the airport in Houston and losing a day returning back to Denver!!!!

Slow check in people made me miss oversold flight. They just stood there looking at my boarding pass until it was too late to make the flight .

Great trip and the flights were not bad. My only complaint is that the airline needs to replace the seat cushions. They were so worn out I felt like I was sitting on the metal base. Not comfortable at all.
