My wife was seated near the rear of this small plane, across from the bathroom. The smell from the bathroom was horrible. The tank beneath the comode was so full of liquid that a level of fluid would not go down, even after it was flushed. When these small commuter planes are used so frequency on a daily basis, the frequency of general housekeeping/maintenance issues are overlooked or simply not done. The airlines need to study the impact of these small, packed planes now see more people and the maintenance issues need to be scheduled accordingly.

Always enjoy the priority service through security, boarding and luggage handling. Being a Platinum Elite flyer, I expect excellent service and I normally not disappointed. I would not recommend flying the Embraer aircraft for any flight longer than 1.5 hours!
